Terms and Conditions
Customer provides information including, but not
limited to, vehicle year, make and model, 2wd, 4wd, convertible,
as well as wheel and tire size and style information
- Minor modification like hub rims or spacers may be needed at no
additional charge.
- We are not responsible for vehicles that have been modified from
the factory.
- If there is a problem with the fit of your new wheel and/or tire,
we will exchange the merchandise with same style replacements, or
a store credit may be issued.
Warranty: All warranties are from the manufacturer
and will be honored at WF
- Wheel or tires have to be send to: manufacture
or at wheelfinders before we can send products back with prepaid
labels for the returned
- Manufacture will inspect the product and enforce their warranty
(WF is not liable for manufacture decision )
- Customers can pre pay for replacement items, then a credit may
be issued upon manufacturers decision.
Delivery time frame: Shipping times vary depending on carrier.
Lost or damage in Shipping:
- WF Will resend products once the claim has been
processed
- Customer can prepay for products and WF will refund after claim
is processed.
Disputes will be communicated in writing within
no more than 30 days

Return Policy - Hta Wheels
The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or
exchanging an item to Hta Wheels unless the product has been damaged
during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns.
As stated in the Return Policy, when returning wheels to Hta Wheels
for credit, a $100 restocking fee will be charged to your account.
This policy also applies to shipments that are refused and returned.
All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 25%
(of total invoiced order) cancellation fee. Return shipping of the
product is not refundable.
Any shipment received in conditions other than brand new will be
charged 50% restocking fee of the total amount.
Wheel and tire packages must be properly boxed before they are returned.
It's the customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages
within 48 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted
after 48 hours.
No returns will be accepted without authorization from Hta Wheels.
Once Authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return
Merchandise Authorization number or RMA number.
The Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA is valid for 30 days
ONLY. After the 30 day time limit, the RMA remains invalid.
There are absolutely NO returns (once a tire is mounted) for customers
who solely purchase wheels.
There are absolutely no returns on used or damaged products.
The purchase price at time of sale is final.
